Chef Chiavola has invited his good friend Gregory Mirer, of renowned restaurant Les Bories in Gordes for this new edition of Cicada’s cook off session. Expect a colorful evening, with two different yet complementary approach of high French cuisine. The seven courses menu will highlight the two chef’s geniuses, each with their personal take on sea urchins, scallops, crayfish, hare… An event not be missed.

Thursdays so chocolately !

An all-time favorite for the sweet-tooth gourmet, chocolate is a mandatory ingredient of the festive season. A fantastic opportunity for chef Chiavola to highlight the versatile qualities of this condiment. Starting at 7PM, young pastry chef Floreal Matamoros will create before your eyes 3 chocolate appetizers, served along a bespoke cocktail. It will be followed up by a cocoa oriented dinner in four services. A nice way to discover that chocolate and foie gras do go together well.

Sushi party of Fridays !

For a more exotic Christmas, Chef Chiavola has channeled his inner Itamae, which is Japanese for “sushi chef”. Starting at 7PM, he will create before your eyes three different types of sushi, served along a bespoke cocktail. An all-fish dinner in four services will follow up. Banzai!

Gourmet wonderland

Spending Christmas or new-year’s eve at Le Hameau is always a special moment of joy and magic. To celebrate, chef Chiavola has created two delightful dinners: caviar, scallops and foie gras will be on Christmas’ menu, while new-year’s eve will be just as delicious, with clams, sea bass, mallard duck, and a surprise…. The acoustic duo Les Petites Cuillères, a summer regular at Le Hameau, will perform that evening. 

Christmas Eve: 4-course menu, 115 excluding drinks
