Our new Chef Stephan Paroche is known for his inventiveness and his refined, joyful, cuisine. His motto : a cuisine mixing Tradition and Modernity, a new version of classic courses with mediterranean influences and the pleasure of receiving guests.

Elected Best Chef by France Logis in 2007, « Victoire de l’entreprise » in the catering category in 2007, a « disciple d’Escoffier cordon rouge » in 2009, two toques at the Gault et Millau in 2010, « bib gourmand » at the Michelin guide in 2011, he used to own a gastronomic hotel restaurant La Magnanerie. « The Alpilles are the ideal place for a Land and Sea lover like me. The mediterranean sea spray gives a salty taste to meat ». Inspired by art and design, he envisions each plate like a painting. A real consistency with the arty dimension of Hameau des Baux.
At La Table du Hameau, you will find an authentic and chic cuisine in the Bastide’s refined setting. A short menu showcasing seasonal products highlighted by the creativity of our Chef, favouring organic and local products. La Table du Hameau is meant to be tasty, healthy and glamourous.
